An undivided heart.
This, dear reader, is the cry of my soul.
My life has been a series of distractions lately. Something is always requiring my attention.
School.
Work.
Family.
Church.
Social Media.
It is always something.
Consequently, the One who most deserves my attention, isn't really getting it.
And then things started breaking apart...
First it was an iPhone that while still usable, was not working as well as it had been.
Then it was a bank account that, while still sufficient, did not leave extra room to be frivolous.
And then it was a heart, that discovered the satisfaction she had found in all of these things, was suddenly gone.
I long to be a woman with an undivided heart.
This blog is the overflow of that journey.
I have blogged {sporadically} at Simon Says and I suppose I could have just detailed this journey over there.
But I needed to start fresh.
This blog will be anything but fancy.
Try to think of it more as a journal than a blog.
Also,know that I will only blog when I feel led.
This may be every day or it may be every month.
I would rather write one really powerful post a month,
than to write 31 posts that mean nothing.
